About Montezuma Cypress
The cypress of the Rio Grande: fast growing, evergreen to semi-evergreen in South Texas, with a softer, more weeping habit than Bald Cypress and no tendency to form knees on ordinary sites.
Where it is used: South and Central Texas parks, campuses and large lawns that want a fast evergreen conifer.
